Gregory “Gonzo” Haner Bio
I have a degree in Microbrewing and Brewpub Operations from Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago and a degree in Brewing Microbiology from the BioTech Center in Montreal Canada. My training for the Microbrewing and Brewpub Operations degree was at the Goose Island Brewpub in Chicago. I have been brewing beer for 15 years and have worked as the BrewMaster at a local brewpub for 8 1/2 years. There I designed all of the recipe formulations and was in charge of all of the production on a DME 7 barrel brewhouse system.I also was responsible for sanitation,tax documents and kegging. For the last 3 years I have worked for a Company that I do recipe design and beer development. I have produced thousands of gallons of beer over my 15 year span and now looking to help brewers at Brewpubs or Microbreweries with recipe formulations or sanitation problems.
